What are the Payment Options?

Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, UPI transfers, net banking or cash on delivery. Please note that payments on www.vaardaram.com will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders.
International Orders
Currently we are not taking international orders.

Is Cash on Delivery Available?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on www.vaardaram.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-gift vouchers, free shipping offers and applicable offers on online shopping cannot be used for COD offers.

Where do you deliver within India?

Currently, we deliver to selected cities within India. Please check if we deliver to your area/city by entering your Pin code on the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area/city, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Do you deliver outside India?

Currently we are not serving international locations. However, we do plan to expand our services internationally soon. We can take international orders along with the applicable shipping charges as per customer's request.

Do I need to pay shipping delivery charges?

There are no shipping/ delivery charges within India.

What should I do if the product delivered is damaged?

In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging and tags intact, along with the invoice for the refund. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Please note that you have to write to support@vaardaram.com or vaardaram.business.com within 3 days of receipt of the damaged product to report the incident. Kindly note that at the time of reporting the incident, you will be required to furnish your invoice details and 360 degree parcel opening video.


What do I do if I have not received my order yet

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it might happen that your delivery might get delayed. We will inform you about the same and make sure that the product is shipped at the earliest. However, you can write to us at vaaradaram.business@gmail.com orĀ  support@vaardaram.com for any assistance.



How soon will I receive my order?

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 7-10 working days of you placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Refer to Cancellation policy

How do I return my order?

The order can be returned only in case of a damaged product, within 3 days from the date you received the product. You need to write to us at support@vaardaram.com stating that you want to return the damaged product with images of the damaged portion. Since we do not have the pick-up facility you need to arrange the return on your own and bare the expenses.
Take the following step:
a) Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number, and mobile number.
b) Enclose the original invoice all other tags, if any.
c) Courier it to our address mentioned in the CONTACT US section.
d) Post-inspection and relevant quality check, the refund process will be initiated.

What is the Exchange Possibility?

You can exchange a product only in case the product is damaged, and you want to opt for another product in exchange of it.
